I would give zero stars if I could. I went to the ER with a severe pain in my leg and knee. I limped in around 1 am.The ER was empty. I was told I am the first patient. They took me for an x-ray immediately. After taking x-rays I was placed in the room and was told to wait for a doctor. Several hours later no one showed up. No one even came in to ask me what was wrong and why I am there. By 4 am I just got up and left the hospital. I could not stand being in that freezing room any longer. I was in pain and shivering. I would never consider going to this hospital again. It's an outrage! I never ever heard of such thing!!! Getting there caused me pain and agony. The only thing I knew when I was leaving this hospital was that not all the doctors who work there may accept my insurance.

Excellence is the primary goal and achievement at Englewood!

Pros:

valet parking facilities

Nothing more to say about Englewood as we believe that we said it all.

Writing this review while I am in hospital. My wife gave birth to baby boy day before yesterday

I got my spouse for emergency yesterday night at 9,30. He was in pain we need to wait hour 1,30 minutes to get a doctor, he needed a cat scan we waited 7 hours to get it because they had just one in ER and they were backed up, after they could not figured out what was so he had to wait. In the morning 7 doctors visited him and still they could not figured what they had to do, so they told that he needed a MRI it's 9,30 pm still my spouse didn't get the MRI and tomorrow he supposedly get a surgery but still we DONT KNOW ANYTHING?.... certainly I will never use this hospital for any other reason, hope I don't need it. I remember when I had kidney issues and I had just doctors that were just confusing me instead to help me to understand. Never again.

4)newborns has to wait for the doctors in queue . Nurses want to take them to nursery as one pediatrician was arriving last night .

2) Food doesn't reach to patient on time . My wife was hungry most of the time . They randomly bring some junk food to eat with out taking the order prior . When I started reacting they fixed it next day. You order something they get something

No microwaveable cups in pantry . But they serve you cold milk and cereals . No cup or bowl to put the cereals .

50% of the staff who attended us doesn't have patience to either listen or answer your question . Their response was often rude . I don't want to name them . But would sincerely request the management to kindly look in to all the issues related tk providing service

The level of care provided a great feeling of confidence and well being.

Our daughter is in the best of care while she is in labor awaiting the birth of her first baby and our first grandchild.

1) Many frustrated employees

I requested to take my baby in 10 min so that my wife can feed him some milk. She says no she can't wait as the doctor might leave . Then she again comes back and leaves the baby saying doctor has not arrived yet. Why should all babies wait in nursery for the doc to arrive : why can't pediatrician visit each of the rooms?isnt that his job at a minimum.

Horrible experience when my son got brought in by an ambulance!! I walked In through the emergency door & asked to be brought to my son & was refused. They could not locate him, the security guards as well as a lady behind counter with initials of (CB) were extremely rude!!! I had To threaten to call the cops if they wouldn’t allow me to go to my son who is also a minor. I can Understand people doing their job, are you working hospital there should be some kind of compassion, or change careers.

infrastructure ;

Cons: service

Few good employees

She said there are 4 kids ahead and it can take as much time as it can .

The nurses and doctors are professional and compassionate towards all of the expectant mothers. Definitely gives us comfort to know that the patients needs are well taken care of especially when our daughter is one of them.

I asked her how much time it would take to get baby back .

3) housekeeping does arrive unless you call them . We waited for almost a day when we dint see true staff we had to call for cleaning the rest room
